With 28 years in education and serving in 5 different school districts in Texas, I have had the unique opportunity to work with many strong leaders.  I started out student teaching in Lubbock ISD, graduating from Texas Tech University with a Master's degree in Higher Education- Student Services.  I taught high school English in Midland and Leander ISDs before making the transition to campus administrator.  While principal in the HEB school district, I completed my Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and moved to Denton ISD where I was lucky enough to be a part of opening the district's 4th high school.  I currently serve as the Director of District and Student Support Services for Denton ISD.
